Before using any product specified herein, please check with the Supplier to ensure that the specifications of the products currently available are the same as the specifications for the products appearing herein. |

It shall be the user's responsibility to make such inquiries as may be required by clause (a) herein, and Ralenti Management Limited shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage whatsoever or however caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Programme (including consequential loss or damage included but shall not be limited to loss to property or of profit, business, revenue or anticipated savings) or for any costs, claims, demands of any nature whether asserted against RALENTI MANAGEMENT LIMITED or the Database suppliers by any party arising directly or indirectly out of the Programme its use access or out of any information or data provided on the Programme. |

It shall be the User's responsibility to make such inquiries as may be required by clause (a) herein, and while Ralenti Management Limited and the several Manufacturers and Suppliers to the database in respect of the Products listed on the Programme have no reason to believe that there are any inaccuracies or defects in the information or data supplied, they make no representations or warranties express or implied including but not limited to the fitness or suitability of the Products for any purpose whatsoever. |
